To get started, Ignite Academy will ask a few questions about your tutoring needs (during the discovery consultation) and Ignite will list the experts best equipped to help you. From there, review their credentials, read reviews from students (if applicable) who’ve worked with them, and view their schedules.
When you and Ignite agrees and confirms a tutor you’d like to work with, we will set up session dates and times. Once you’ve added a method of payment, you’re ready to continue your conversation and book your lessons!
Online lessons take place one-on-one with your tutor in an interactive, digital classroom.
Ignite Academy Online Learning Tool provides real-time video chat for easy and direct communication and an interactive whiteboard for uploading documents, plotting functions, or working out equations.
The Student Dashboard is your personal homepage! From there, you’ll be able to message tutors you’ve had lessons with, edit your account information and profile, and respond to any pending notifications.
We want you to find your perfect tutor, so if you’re not interested in working with a tutor, simply give us a call and we will assign another tutor until we find a tutor that works for you.
To cancel a lesson, you should reach out directly to your tutor.
We know emergency arises. Ignite Academy ask that cancelation is done 48 hours before your scheduled lesson by contacting your tutors. You should receive a response back confirming the cancelation and the new rescheduled time. It is strongly suggested that before your lessons, you discuss directly with a tutor how cancellations will be handled.
