Instructor
An online tutoring service that provides premiere tutoring in core high school subjects as well as standardized test prep. We are choosing a select group of tutors to work with so that we can personally get to know each tutor and provide the best support and experience.
Time Commitment:
Our tutors will have complete flexibility over their schedule—getting the pay that they deserve while also setting their own availability.
Remote Work Requirements:
Strong and reliable internet connection required. Offers of employment will be contingent upon passing the Company’s required internet speed test.
Ability to use equipment such as headphones, document camera, webcam, laptops/Chromebooks to engage and instruct clients. Tutors are responsible for their own equipment. Availability of a workspace that meets the company’s standards: simple background, adequate lighting, uninterrupted by sound or other people/pets.
Instructor Expectations:
Have a passion for helping others reach their potential. Utilize our questioning method to help students develop their language and literacy skills. Possess excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills. Possess basic computer skills and ability to type notes about student performance while leading engaging sessions. Be extremely responsive via text and email. Have stable internet connection. Available for platform/software training.
Qualifications:
Have a 4-year university degree. Candidate must have scored in the least the 90th percentile in one of the subjects below to teach that specific subject. If we decide to move forward, we will verify candidates prep test scores. Scores should be results from the last 6 years.
GMAT Quantitative Section, GRE (All Sections), LSAT (All sections)
2 years of Previous tutoring experience is required for the following subject.
PSAT , SAT + ACT reading comprehension + English grammar; SAT + ACT math; SAT Math Level 2, Spanish.

Educational Consultant

We are choosing a select group of tutors to work with so that we can personally get to know each tutor and provide the best support and experience.
Responsibilities:
Includes analyzing existing curricula, admin processes, teaching resources and methods, and working with staff to improve upon them. You may also be required to sit in on classes, examine student results, and write reports. Gathering information from educators, support staff, students, and parents. Closely examining academic systems and reporting to the relevant stakeholders. Advising students, and parents on the effective use of digital learning tools.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related discipline. Experience in curriculum design and blended learning is a plus. Managerial experience at a learning institution may be required is a plus. Some teaching experience is a plus. Some sales experience is a plus. Relevant subject discipline knowledge may be advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
